Sunbound is the first turn-key relocation solution. We take all the stress out of moving by providing the first one-stop for finding your new home, selling your old home, and doing everything in between. After signing up for Sunbound, you will work with an experienced Sunbound concierge who is an expert in every step of the relocation process. Sunbound makes sure you’re ready to start enjoying your retirement on day 1.

After signing up for Sunbound, you will work with an experienced Sunbound Concierge who is an expert in every step of the relocation process. Sunbound makes sure you enjoy moving on your schedule.
What is a Sunbound Concierge?
The Sunbound Concierge is your personal touch point at Sunbound who will be with you every step of the way, from planning where you want to buy your next home, ensuring your home is sold at a top price and on your schedule, to coordinating all the logistics of your move and everything in between. The Concierge works with a team of Sunbound experts across the moving process behind the team to ensure everything is done fast, efficiently and correctly. Your Concierge will be personally responsible for your relocation, and will be available via phone or email to answer any and all questions. But don’t worry - they’re also trained to handle your relocation entirely on their own if you want to sit back and relax the whole way!
Can I book my own movers?
Unfortunately not. In order to use Sunbound’s services, customers must work with those vendors that we have pre-selected and vetted. But don’t worry - Sunbound works with only the best and does all the work for you to make sure that your movers are low priced and high quality. Importantly, Sunbound does not charge additional fees on top of what the moving company does, so you never have to worry you’re paying extra, unnecessary costs
What is a professional organizer?
A professional organizer is a trained and qualified professional who helps organize your life, from possessions to important documents, in preparation for a move and upon move-in. Decluttering is relevant in any move, but is especially useful if you’re downsizing. Decluttering not only saves you space, but also money too as moving companies charge by weight.
Sunbound is a proud partner of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). All of our declutterers are trained and certified by NAPO to ensure you are getting the best possible service. Sunbound declutterers make sure that nothing is left behind when you leave, and it’s all in the perfect place when you arrive.
Does Sunbound have its own movers?
We don’t have our own trucks, but Sunbound partners with only the highest quality moving companies. Every company we work with has been pre-vetted by our team and importantly, always operates its own fleet of vehicles (so no use of an additional sub-contractors).
What if I’m not ready to move yet?
No pressure! Even if you’re not ready to move in the near-term, the Sunbound team can still work with you to begin planning ahead of time. Whether it’s today or in the future, Sunbound has a home for you!
Can Sunbound help with rentals?
Yes, Sunbound can help you move whether you want to buy or rent for your new home. We have a great network of rental communities that are suited for every preference. Our Concierges and Real Estate team are well-versed in the local rental markets and lease processes. If you rent through Sunbound, we’ll even cover your rental payments until your old home is sold!
