Company. Sunbound is building the “financial OS for senior care”. The current senior care payments experience is broken which increases costs and inefficiencies for senior living operators while making it confusing, cumbersome and stressful for families. Sunbound was created to solve this problem by building the first modern platform to handle this process end-to-end and save operators and families time, money and effort.

Our founders were inspired to start the business after seeing the pain points firsthand with their own families, and deeply care about helping one of the most overlooked groups in our population: seniors. Team. We're a small, tight-knit team. Stu leads our eng team and we’re focusing on growing hubs in NYC (downtown Brooklyn) + Washington DC
Traction. Since launching in mid-2023, we now serve thousands of families. We’re currently doing 7 figures in ARR.
Growth. Sunbound has absolutely caught fire as a business, growing 30% month-over-month. The senior living market is massive at >$230b and is expected to grow rapidly as the “baby boomer” generation continues to age.
Funding. We recently closed an oversubscribed seed round with top-tier investors, including Fika Ventures, Bling Capital, Liquid2 Ventures, and Cambrian Ventures, who have collectively backed companies like Square, Lyft, and Rippling.
About the role
Sunbound is seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing demand generation strategies that drive growth and revenue. You’ll play a pivotal role in building and optimizing campaigns, driving MQLs, and managing contractors to expand our reach. This person should be thoughtful and creative, a dynamic team player, and ready to roll up their sleeves and get scrappy. If you have a strong background in SaaS, startup experience, and expertise in HubSpot, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition, nurture engagement, and conversion.
Design, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot, including email, content marketing, webinars, and paid media.
Drive and manage MQLs, ensuring a smooth lead flow through the sales funnel.
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align messaging and ensure consistent customer experiences.
Manage relationships with external contractors, including copywriters and designers to deliver on marketing goals.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for cost efficiency, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
What we expect from you:
3-5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably within a SaaS startup environment.
Proven expertise in building and managing campaigns and workflows through HubSpot.
Expertise with tools such as; Apollo, Unify, Zoominfo
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows.
Strong attention to detail, especially with financial information
Hands-on experience driving MQLs and optimizing conversion rates.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a track record of using insights to drive decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing and collaborating with contractors to execute marketing strategies.
Experience supporting sales with conference outreach strategies, webinars, etc.
